The year was 1996. We had just purchased a home for our family of six (two his, one mine, and one ours). He was a cop and I was a stay-at-home Mom, so money was very tight. My Dad was sick and I wanted to learn all I could about his illness. I talked my husband into letting me "get online" so I could research
Alzheimer's Disease. I gathered information and decided that if I was searching for this info, others were too, and they might benefit from my findings. I started a website at the then famous Geocities and gathered some attention from a few groups and organizations. My site was actually referenced in a book, and I was hooked on learning more about hand coding, html and the web.
I quickly taught myself HTML coding and became a
Certified HTML Programmer.
Since then, the internet has become a
vital tool for business, family, school and more importantly, medical research. I research topics for individuals, as well as for term papers and research papers, including statistics and demographics. It's important to know which sites are viable for
factual and verifiable information and which ones are just another person's propaganda or point of view.
Contact me if you are in need of help with research material.
My mission is to provide a totally hands off solution for those who want an online presence, but have neither the time, money nor inclination to delve into the details of developing a website. My prices are affordable and my quality of service is high. I enjoy getting the proverbial "pat on the back" and making you happy is conducive to that end result.
